Annual Maintenance Contract:

The prime end of safeguarding is to eliminate the consequences of malfunction of equipment. Our maintenance program shall help you to prevent all equipment failure before if occurs. All printers and copiers , like any other machine depreciate with time and if not maintained, they lose efficiency, consume more & reduce your profits. The good news, however, is that you can recover most of that lost efficiency through regular maintenance.

IT Infrastructure AMC:
Benefit from our comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC for IT hardware’s includes, Desktop. Laptop. Server. Printers. Scanners. Networking Devices etc. We have dedicated team of IT experts to take care of the smooth functioning of all your IT resources which includes computes assembling, Hardware repair, Hardware part replacement, expanding local network, Servers, Storage, regular maintenance and checkup, software Installation, Driver Installation, Single Internet connecting to multiple computers, Network troubleshooting etc. We use our expertise & well experienced team, mature processes and experience to set the standards for the industry in pursuit of our mission of ensuring customer delight in our Computer AMC contract.
We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Services:
Non – Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract: In a Non- Comprehensive AMC, the cost of spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer. This usually means only service. Preventive maintenance comes under this, and a consultant will advise on hardware bread down.
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract: In a comprehensive AMC, the analysis of breakdowns/faults in the hardware and repairing/service is taken care of by the service provider. This includes spare parts replacement. Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-determined/agreed-to frequency. Note: It excludes all physical mishandling or damages.
